- Shirley Groos Clark, 75 of Buda passed away February 3, 2010.
She was born and raised in Kyle, Texas. She lived and raised her family in Buda with her husband of 54 years, Cecil Allan Clark.
She will be remembered as wife, mother grandmother and great-grandmother.
Shirley was preceded in death by her father Randolph Owen Groos, mother Alma Ann Saunders Groos, son Cecil Allan Clark Jr. and grandsons Clifton Wayne Henderson and Dustin Heath Henderson.
She is survived by her husband Cecil Allan Clark of Buda, her sister, Jo Gwendolyn Callison of Dripping Springs, her Daughters Debbie Lyons and husband Rex of Kyle, Donna Wallace of Kyle, Dena Henderson of Buda, Sons, Sammy Clark and wife Kandi of Kyle, Marty Clark and wife Debbie of Buda.
She was blessed with 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren and known and loved as Granny. Shirley greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Visitation will be held 6:00 p.m.to 8:00 p.m., Friday February 5, 2010 at Harrell Funeral Home Chapel in Kyle Texas. Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday February 6, 2010 at Harrell Funeral Home in Kyle, Texas. Burial Service will follow at Live Oak Cemetery, Manchaca, Texas.
